Role: Lead HEOR strategy and execution within Lilly's cardiometabolic health (CMH) business, focusing on health economic and outcomes research to support drug development, market access, and product differentiation. Responsibilities: develop and oversee HO research strategies, drive evidence generation across the product lifecycle, lead research projects, and communicate findings; provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to HEOR teams; influence cross-functional colleagues and external stakeholders; manage project timelines and budgets; stay current on disease states and methodologies relevant to the portfolio. Requirements: Doctorate (PhD, MD) or PharmD/MS with 7+ years’ experience in HEOR, expertise in causal inference, economic modeling, and health technology assessment; strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder influence skills; ability to lead research from design to dissemination. HighValue: expertise in comparative effectiveness, meta-analysis, cost-effectiveness modeling, HTA (e.g., NICE, ICER), and observational study design; therapeutic focus on cardiometabolic diseases; global scope with domestic and international travel (10-25%).
