Role: Lead HEOR methodological strategy within Lilly's cardiometabolic health (CMH) portfolio, focusing on evidence generation, health technology assessment, and reimbursement support. Responsibilities: develop and oversee health outcomes research (HO) strategies, lead research projects across the product lifecycle, and provide scientific guidance to internal teams. Collaborate with biostatistics, epidemiology, and market access functions; mentor junior staff; communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders; influence evidence-based decision-making. Requirements: PhD/MD or PharmD/MS with 7+ years experience in health economics/outcomes research, expertise in causal inference, meta-analysis, economic modeling, and HTA submissions; strong publication record. HighValue: expertise in health economic modeling, comparative effectiveness, systematic reviews, and regulatory engagement; experience with payer and HTA bodies (e.g., NICE, ICER).
