Role: Lead Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) for Lantheus's prostate franchise, developing and executing evidence strategies to demonstrate asset value throughout the product lifecycle. Responsibilities: establish cross-functional HEOR partnerships, design and oversee research projects (including secondary database analyses, modeling, and literature reviews), develop fit-for-purpose HEOR strategies for pipeline and in-line assets, communicate findings to internal teams and external stakeholders, and support field materials and payor guidance. Requirements: MS or MPH in health-related fields; 7+ years (or 10+ with Master's) HEOR experience across methodologies; expertise in claims, EHR, registries, pharmacoeconomic modeling, and literature synthesis; strong leadership, communication, and project management skills; knowledge of US regulatory, HTA, and payer landscapes. Preferred: experience with radiopharmaceuticals or oncology assets is advantageous. High-Value: focus on oncology, prostate indications, generation of real-world and economic evidence, supporting pipeline and in-line assets. Collaboration with Commercial, Medical Affairs, and R&D; remote work with 25-30% travel expected.
