Key Responsibilities:
- Compliantly promote the safe and effective use of Casgevy per product label/training.
- Drive demand (100%) by educating referring HCPs (APPs, internal medicine, etc.) at Authorized Treatment Centers (ATCs) and community centers through education, messaging, and awareness.
- Develop and execute territory strategy for HCPs not affiliated with ATCs; support GTAM-led ATC interactions.
- Build relationships with stakeholders at referring/community sites to drive Casgevy awareness and adoption.
- Educate HCPs on treatment journey, patient identification, and referral process to ATCs.
- Maintain clinical expertise in Hematology (SCD, TDT, HSCT) and communicate complex science clearly.
- Use CRM to track activities, call plans, and progress against goals/KPIs; operate ethically and compliantly.
- Anticipate market/environment changes; use data reporting tools to identify opportunities; leverage digital/non-digital tools.
- Act as a bridge to referring hematologists; attend conferences (e.g., ASH).
Required Education/Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree.
- 5+ years in pharma/biotech sales and/or rare disease product launch; relevant experience in hematology/transplant/oncology/immunology, cell & gene, SCD/BMT.
- Knowledge of infused biologic therapies for chronic, rare diseases.
- Ability to complete required trainings/background screens; valid driverโs license.
- Ability to travel up to 100%; field-based (Mid-West) covering multiple states.
