Thought Leader Liaison (TLL), Hematology โ€“ North Central/Great Lakes (WI, MI, OH, IN)

Responsibilities
- Build and manage strategic relationships with U.S. external experts across academic and community oncology to ensure commercial strategies reflect where patients receive care.
- Generate strategic insights, translate science into actionability, and build brand advocacy aligned to brand/therapeutic area strategies.
- Execute regional external expert engagement plans (live/virtual), including advisory boards, consultancies, and other forums outside of advisory/congress events.
- Gather and synthesize regional insights (1:1, congress, publication) and share with brand and commercial leadership to shape brand strategy, resource allocation, customer engagement, and launch planning.
- Identify emerging treatment paradigm shifts, competitive dynamics, biomarker evolution, and unmet needs; seek compliant External Expert feedback.
- Coordinate executive interactions and shape peer-to-peer education content (speaker identification, training/operations support, relationship management).
- Participate in local/regional/national congresses and host congress product theater speakers and EEs; capture and synthesize congress insights.
- Partner cross-functionally (medical, legal, compliance, regulatory, marketing) for compliant alignment; manage projects, agencies/vendors, and risks for strategic engagement.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelorโ€™s degree
- 10+ years in field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical roles (pharma/biotech)
- Oncology experience
- Ability to present to executive audiences (live/virtual) and influence strategy
- Valid driverโ€™s license
- Travel 60โ€“80% (nights/weekends)
- Communicate effectively with HCPs and executives
- Ability to learn new AI tools/technology

Preferred
- Prior Oncology TLL experience
- Multiple Myeloma and Myelofibrosis
- Masterโ€™s degree
- Strong account management and cross-functional leadership
- Marketing/sales management background
- Advanced project management/organizational skills
- Proven regulatory/compliance adherence with proactive risk mitigation
