Role Summary

We are seeking a passionate and driven Hematology Therapeutic Specialist for our Alabama Territory to join ADCT’s Field Sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving or exceeding sales goals through promoting ADC Therapeutics hematology therapeutic products within an assigned territory in a compliant and appropriate manner.
  • Develop a deep understanding of your accounts and customer sentiment towards ZYNLONTA
  • Call on medical centers, smaller academic institutions or satellite offices of larger academic institutions, hospital systems, IDNs, Cancer Centers, Oncology Practices, Medical Oncologists, Hematologists, Nurses and associations as appropriate.
  • Become an expert on the clinical profile of ZYNLONTA and clearly articulate the value proposition to key stakeholders.
  • Provide customer service and educate customer base on ZYNLONTA with a patient-focused approach.
  • Create and execute effective territory management plan, account plans, and use market data and insights to achieve assigned goals.
  • Always act with integrity: Comply with applicable laws and company policies in providing healthcare providers with accurate information concerning ADCT products.
  • Participates in assigned training and demonstrate a high level of market knowledge through training and continuous learning, relevant market products, indications, treatment guidelines, market conditions, competitive activities, patient access, and promotional trends.
  • Works well with other cross functional teammates in a truly patient-focused collaborative and compliant manner.
  • Effectively implements and utilizes all approved sales/marketing programs and resources.
  • Completes administrative and training responsibilities in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Reports Adverse Events (AEs) in accordance with company policy.
  • Attends and participates in all required meetings and training programs.

Qualifications

  • Qualified candidates must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 5+ years in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Medical Device industry preferred.
  • Oncology/Hematology experience is preferred.
  • Experience with buy and bill products is preferred.
  • Motivated by patient focus and demonstrate a sense of urgency.
  • Established customer rapport and relationships in geographic area preferred.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate and partner with all levels – internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communications, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to comply with credentialing.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Travel expectation: On average in your territory 4 days/week and as needed for conference coverage.
  • Must be able to travel as necessary which may include weekend travel for congresses.
