Roles and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain proficiency in relevant disease states, patient/clinic experience, market landscape, and product.
- Drive revenue by achieving sales/marketing objectives.
- Serve as primary commercial interface with key accounts; accountable for overall customer experience.
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with key accounts and stakeholders (e.g., physicians, nurses, office staff, management).
- Establish and execute business plans aligned to franchise strategy/resources; lead discussions with leadership.
- Assess treatment patterns and referral networks.
- Collaborate compliantly with patient services, field access/reimbursement support, medical affairs, and operations to achieve account objectives.
- Share insights and best practices with the team and leadership; participate in internal workshops/insight readouts.
- Use approved resources effectively; operate with professional integrity in line with company guidelines/culture.

Experience / Qualifications
- BA/BS degree.
- 4+ years of biotech/pharma sales and account management.
- Hematology/Oncology and/or rare disease experience preferred (other specialty sales considered).

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
- Proven sales success; ability to create/execute account plans.
- Strong relationship-building, learning agility, and ability to operate in ambiguity/competitive markets.
- Strong communication and active listening.
- Integrity and understanding of pharma rules/regulations.
- Must live in territory; travel domestically up to 75% (including overnights).
- Willing/able to meet credentialing requirements for customer interactions.
