Roles and Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain proficiency in relevant disease states, patient and clinic experience, market landscape, and product.
- Drive company revenue by achieving all sales/marketing objectives and goals.
- Serve as the primary commercial interface with key accounts, accountable for overall customer experience.
- Develop and maintain deep understanding of and relationships with key accounts and stakeholders (physicians, nurses, office staff, management, etc.).
- Establish and execute business plans for key accounts aligned to franchise strategy/resources; communicate plans and lead strategy discussions with leadership.
- Assess treatment patterns and referral networks affiliated with key accounts.
- Collaborate compliantly with patient services, field access/reimbursement support, medical affairs, and operations to achieve account objectives.
- Utilize approved resources to achieve territory/account objectives; proactively communicate with Hematology Sales Director.
- Share field insights back to home office; participate in internal workshops/insight readouts.
- Operate with professional integrity within guidelines/policies.

Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree.
- 4+ years of biotech/pharma sales and account management experience.
- Experience in Hematology/Oncology and/or rare disease preferred; other specialty sales experience considered.

Skills/Abilities:
- Proven sales success; expertise creating/executing customer/account plans.
- Strong relationship-building, learning agility, collaboration, communication, and integrity.
- Must live in territory; travel up to 75% (including overnights) and comply with credentialing requirements.
