Responsibilities:
- Drive access, demand, and strategic growth across the Hematology portfolio in assigned geography/key accounts.
- Achieve/exceed sales targets and MBO goals; execute territory/account strategies.
- Build and execute territory and strategic account plans (stakeholder mapping, prioritization, tactical execution).
- Serve as primary account manager for Hematology key accounts; intermediary between Takeda and institutional/nonacute customers.
- Drive formulary/protocol/pathway access by engaging clinical, pharmacy, medical policy, operations, and financial stakeholders.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with HTCs, IDNs, and other prioritized customers; assess performance and align forward strategies.
- Analyze data to optimize sales/resource utilization across multiple sites of care.
- Maintain disease state/product expertise; serve as credible clinical/business resource.
- Identify and cultivate KOL/stakeholder relationships; coordinate cross-functionally to ensure aligned, compliant engagement.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (BA/BS).
- 5+ years direct selling to healthcare professionals (or equivalent specialty pharma/biotech/device/specialty healthcare experience).
- Account management/territory ownership/complex customer management experience.
- Strong hematology/hospital/IDN landscape knowledge.
- Launch experience in specialty/institutional/complex healthcare.
- Business/account plan development aligned to corporate objectives.
- Payer access/reimbursement/managed care knowledge.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills; ability to influence.
- Live within or near assigned geography.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience generating acute demand; buy-and-bill and specialty pharmacy collaboration; advanced degree; influence C/D-suite and senior clinical leadership.

Licenses/Training/Travel:
- Valid Driverโ€™s License.
- Complete mandatory product training/exams.
- Travel: drive/fly; occasional meetings; overnight travel up to 25โ€“50%.
