Responsibilities:
- Drive access, demand, and strategic growth across the Hematology portfolio within assigned geography and key accounts.
- Lead account management and field execution; act as primary point of contact for complex hematology customers.
- Achieve/exceed sales targets and MBO goals.
- Develop and execute territory and strategic account plans (stakeholder mapping, prioritization, tactical execution).
- Drive formulary/protocol/pathway access by engaging clinical, pharmacy, policy, operations, and financial stakeholders.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with HTCs, IDNs, and other health-system customers; use clinical/access/financial/outcomes insights to align strategies.
- Analyze data to inform sales strategy and optimize resource utilization.
- Maintain bleeding/clotting and product expertise; build KOL and stakeholder relationships.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure aligned engagement within compliance guidelines.

Required qualifications:
- BA/BS required.
- 5+ years direct selling to healthcare professionals (or equivalent specialty healthcare experience).
- Account/territory ownership experience; strong hematology/hospital/IDN landscape knowledge.
- Experience supporting/executing product launches in complex/institutional settings.
- Experience developing business/account plans; payer access/reimbursement/managed care knowledge.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation skills; reside within/near assigned geography.

Preferred qualifications:
- Acute demand generation in institutional settings; buy-and-bill and specialty pharmacy collaboration.
- MBA/MS/PharmD (or similar).
- Experience influencing C/D-suite and senior clinical leadership.
