Field Medical Core Responsibilities
- Plan and execute medical strategy and compliant engagement for assigned customers in a territory.
- Maintain deep TA/disease-state and product knowledge; provide therapeutic area/product information to stakeholders.
- Serve as a conduit for Medical Information and customer insights; respond to HCP requests as allowed.
- Contribute to medical content strategy and execute aligned field tactics.
- Collaborate with HQ Medical, Medical Information, and other field teams; lead effective communication via live/virtual, written, and phone interactions.
- Optimize patient-centricity (health literacy and cultural awareness).

Field Medical Role Responsibilities
- Deliver approved medical content on Pfizer medicines and relevant topics.
- Identify and seek engagement from priority customer segments.
- Provide truthful, accurate, scientifically supported responses to unsolicited HCP requests per Pfizer policies.
- Field inbound HCP queries via triage.
- Partner on potential sites for Pfizer-sponsored clinical trials; support Investigator Sponsored Research (ISR).
- Cultivate research/TA expertise (e.g., congress data and literature).
- Provide asset leadership; understand and communicate study design/methodology/data interpretation.
- Lead with local patient advocacy groups; deliver insights on needs.
- Serve on cross-functional committees; represent Medical Affairs leadership with professionalism.
- Provide mentorship; participate in special projects.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a health science required.
- Relevant experience: PharmD/PhD (5+ yrs), MBA/MSc (7+ yrs), BA/BSc (8+ yrs).
- SME recognized across stakeholders; strong prioritization/judgment; matrix/teamwork; change agility.
- Manage projects remotely; adopt digital tools; excellent oral/written communication.
- Travel 60–80%; proximity to airline hub; operate company car; occasional weekend work.

Preferred Qualifications
- PharmD/PhD or equivalent terminal degree; hematology expertise.
- Familiarity with SOPs/rules/regulations; prior Field Medical experience; leadership/teamwork and strong interpersonal skills.

Benefits/Compensation (explicitly stated)
- Base salary: $176,600–$294,300; 20% bonus target; eligibility for share-based long-term incentives; comprehensive benefits including 401(k) match and health coverage.
