Healthcare Reimbursement Analyst II - Hybrid

Role: Reimbursement Analyst II supporting healthcare revenue cycle operations within a biopharma context. Responsibilities: analyze multi-payer reimbursement data to identify variances and denial trends, validate payments against payer contracts, manage denials and accounts receivable to optimize cash flow, investigate and resolve complex payer issues, develop reports and dashboards for leadership, and drive process improvements to enhance reimbursement accuracy and compliance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years or relevant experience in healthcare revenue cycle, proficiency in Excel and data analysis, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Preferred: extensive experience in healthcare reimbursement, revenue cycle management, or financial analysis. High-Value: focus on payer reimbursement, denial management, regulatory compliance, and revenue cycle optimization within a diagnostic or drug development support setting. WorkSetup: hybrid (three days onsite at Burlington or Durham, NC; two remote), with standard Monday–Friday schedule.
