Healthcare Reimbursement Analyst -HYBRID

Role: Reimbursement Analyst II supporting healthcare revenue cycle processes within a diagnostic and drug development services provider. Responsibilities: analyze multi-payer reimbursement data to identify variances, denials, and revenue risks; validate payments against contracts and regulations; investigate and resolve payer issues; manage denials and accounts receivable; develop reports and dashboards for leadership; ensure compliance and drive process improvements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years or equivalent experience in healthcare revenue cycle; strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; attention to detail and regulatory compliance. Preferred: 5+ years' experience with Microsoft Excel, data analysis, healthcare reimbursement, or revenue cycle analytics. High-Value: healthcare reimbursement, revenue cycle, data analytics, payer contract validation, denials management. WorkSetup: hybrid (3 days in-office in Burlington or Durham, NC; 2 remote); schedule Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm EST.
