Territory: Missouri, Iowa, Illinois.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic account planning: shape and execute enterprise strategic account plan in collaboration with internal partners.
- Collaborative account management: coordinate with Market Access and BU partners to improve access and drive enterprise top-down demand.
- Integration & access management: ensure integration and on-label access in EMRs, formulary, pathways, order sets, using on-label resources and cross-functional matrix support.
- Maintain clinical knowledge of the portfolio and competitive landscape.
- Compliance & risk management: adhere to GSK policies and risk framework.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations; monitor market trends and competitive activity.
- Gather insights from aligned accounts and relay to the broader organization.
- Collaborate with Marketing to execute initiatives across the product portfolio.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for relationship health and system-of-care engagement; participate in business reviews.

Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS required.
- 5+ years health system experience in market access and/or account management (pharma/life sciences).
- Valid driver’s license; 50–60% travel.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of regional payers/large contracted customers/mid-size PBMs/coalitions.
- Financial acumen; matrixed-environment experience; initiative; account selling; presentation/negotiation.
- Experience with compliance policies and patient privacy laws (HIPAA and similar).

Skills: Account management; cross-functional work; data to insights; digital fluency; omnichannel; scientific literacy.

Compensation/Benefits (US): Base salary $186,750–$311,250; annual bonus; long-term incentive eligibility; health care/insurance, retirement, paid holidays/vacation, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave.
