Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head Sales and Marketing Institutional Business to drive North America’s commercial strategy and execution for our Institutional business. You will lead our commercial efforts across multiple products and therapeutic areas, be responsible for overseeing P&L management, sales, marketing, and generics portfolio strategy, ensure strong market penetration and sustainable growth of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement comprehensive commercial strategy for Dr.Reddy’s portfolio of specialty generics in order to maximize products performance, revenue and market share.
  • Synthesize and analyze information on market trends, competitor activity and customer behavior to continuously refine and adjust company’s product positioning.
  • Partner effectively with cross functional teams to align on commercial strategies, oversee launch readiness and ensure product availability and distribution efficiency.
  • Drive and implement operational activity to optimize sales, market share and revenue growth in the short and long term.
  • Full accountability of the P&L of the business. Oversees commercial readiness including forecasting, pricing and distribution channels.

Qualifications

  • Educational qualification: A bachelor’s degree in marketing / business / relevant degree with preferred Master’s degree
  • Minimum work experience: 10+ years of experience in Marketing & Sales with P&L responsibility
  • A strong and proven experience of driving growth in the Specialty Pharma business.

Skills

  • Excellent knowledge of Institutional / hospital network dynamics.
  • Strong relationship in the external market with key customers/buying groups in the Channel(s).
  • Excellent leader with proven record of building an effective sales team
  • Strategic, analytical, and agile with ability to find solution in a fast paced and changing environment.
  • Strong collaborator with ability to forge partnerships internally and externally.
  • Success driven mindset
