Role Summary
Head of Strategy and Operations, Immunology in Cambridge, MA. Lead strategic and operational oversight for the Immunology franchise, driving efficiency, alignment with strategic goals, and cross-functional collaboration across brands and events.
Responsibilities
- Act as a thought-partner to the Global Franchise Head around opportunities and challenges for the Immunology franchise and develop an 18- to 24-month calendar of strategic workstreams, deliverables, and communications, including rollout of the TAS strategy.
- Partner with Franchise LT to align operational strategies with overall business objectives.
- Initiate discussions on key meetings and events (Immunology forums, townhalls, connect meetings, live events), engage LT for alignment, and execute.
- Build storylines for key presentations with input from the Global Franchise Head and develop slide decks.
- Identify future opportunities and challenges across TAs including common processes and deliverables (Brand Planning, Strat Plan, etc.).
- Develop and implement operational plans that support the franchiseβs long-term goals.
- Oversee consistent execution of activities related to SILC global launch and operational excellence.
- Champion financial strategic planning, annual budgeting, launch governance, and implementation of key projects to support franchise ambition; maximize engagement with providers.
- Scope and drive franchise-wide projects to enable short-term execution excellence and long-term strategic ambition.
Responsibilities
- Lead annual brand planning across TAs.
- Plan and execute Franchise participation in key international congresses.
- Lead and manage global digital initiatives for the Franchise.
- Set up and maintain Franchise governance, including onboarding of new joiners.
- Monitor KPIs to support goal execution.

Experience Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree required; Advanced Degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of professional business experience
- Understanding of balancing strategic choices with execution; consulting experience a plus
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking, storytelling, collaboration, and innovation skills
- Cross-functional team leadership and ability to influence across R&D, Regulatory, Commercial, IA; strong project management
- Proven talent for building and developing cross-functional teams; attracting and retaining top performers
