Role Summary

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a global team of scientists specializing in protein structure and biochemistry.
- Shape and execute the strategic direction for research in protein structure and biochemistry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align research goals with broader organizational priorities.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including academic institutions and research organizations.
- Ensure high-quality data generation and compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Required: PhD in Biochemistry, Structural Biology, or a related field.
- Required: Proven experience leading scientific teams in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology setting.
- Required: Strong understanding of protein structure and biochemistry and their application to therapeutic development.
- Required: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
