Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the medical information strategy and lead the development and dissemination of scientific, clinical, and health-related information to HCPs, patients, payers, regulators, and other stakeholders.
- Use leading-edge knowledge, innovation solutions, and AI to create, maintain, and manage Medical Information content (standard response documents, FAQs, scientific slide decks, and other medical communication launch resources).
- Resolve highly complex/unique HCP queries; serve as subject matter expert and train the Medical Information call center/vendor team to ensure accurate, compliant responses.
- Serve as the liaison to BMS Medical Information to align processes, systems, and shared services with enterprise standards.
- Generate insights from call center/medical information to inform medical strategy.
- Lead review of promotional and non-promotional materials via the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) process; may manage vendors/junior team members.
- Support Medical Affairs presence at scientific congresses (booth coverage and congress materials generation/review).
- Provide compliant market access support for presentation/submission of scientific data to payers as needed.
- Lead resolution/handling of escalated medical inquiries and contribute to periodic Medical Information reporting.
- Leverage AI to drive program/portfolio/functional performance through prioritization and scaled adoption.

Required Qualifications:
- Advanced scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MD) or equivalent.
- 5–8 years in Medical Information/Medical Affairs, including content development, call center/vendor training, and MLR review.
- Expert knowledge of industry compliance and regulatory requirements for medical information and promotional/non-promotional materials.
- Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills; can manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Oncology experience required; RPT experience preferred.
- Preferred: San Diego, CA or Princeton, NJ; remote considered with travel; up to 25% travel.
