Responsibilities:
- Lead U.S. Medical Affairs strategy and execution across hematologic malignancies (lymphoma) and solid tumors.
- Develop integrated Medical Affairs strategies aligning patient needs with scientific, clinical, and corporate objectives.
- Shape medical narrative, scientific platform, core claims, and evidence-generation priorities.
- Provide senior medical leadership across Clinical Development, Regulatory, Commercial, and Market Access.
- Set enterprise Medical Affairs priorities; allocate resources across multiple concurrent programs.
- Build and scale the Medical Affairs organization; directly manage lymphoma, solid tumor, and field medical leads.
- Own resource planning, prioritization, and Medical Affairs budget oversight.
- Drive Medical Affairs contributions to launch readiness and execution; align field medical, scientific communications, and evidence generation.
- Build KOL and professional relationships; represent the company at scientific congresses and advisory/advocacy forums.
- Oversee medical narratives, publications/congress strategy, and compliant field medical communications.
- Develop and execute patient advocacy strategies and oversee sponsored programs/events.
- Drive digital and AI-informed innovation for patient and HCP engagement and Medical Affairs workflows (compliant use).
- Ensure Medical Affairs activities comply with legal, regulatory, and corporate standards; contribute to governance frameworks.

Qualifications:
- MD/DO strongly preferred (PharmD/PhD or equivalent considered); MBA plus; oncology/hematology specialty strongly preferred.
- VP: 15+ years or Sr. VP: 20+ years in clinical medicine/life sciences/biopharma with substantial Medical Affairs leadership experience.
- People leadership: VP 5+ years or Sr. VP 10+ years; building/scaling teams in high-growth environments.
- Strong oncology experience; cell therapy/immuno-oncology/hematologic malignancies/solid tumors highly desirable.
- Launch/commercial experience strong plus.
- Strong U.S. Medical Affairs compliance/regulatory knowledge.

Skills/Abilities:
- Scientific expertise in oncology/hematology; ability to analyze/communicate complex data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence; proven cross-functional initiative leadership.
- Innovative, resilient, patient-focused leader; interest/aptitude for digital/AI tools.

Benefits:
- Salary range: VP $370,000–$410,000 or Sr. VP $410,000–$470,000 annually, with opportunity for annual bonus; eligible for Equity Incentive Plan.
