Role: Associate Vice President, HR Business Partner for Agilent's Life Sciences and Diagnostics, Applied Markets, and CrossLab groups, leading talent strategy and organizational capability development. Responsibilities: partner with business leaders to translate corporate priorities into workforce plans, advise C-suite on organizational and leadership development, drive workforce analytics-driven decisions, and lead HR teams through transformations including M&A, organizational redesign, and portfolio shifts. Qualifications: 15+ years in HR within global complex organizations, with 10+ years in managerial roles advising senior executives; expertise in strategic workforce planning, organizational design, succession, and change management; bachelor’s or master’s degree, MBA preferred.
