Role: HR Leader responsible for designing and implementing the company's first performance management and organizational development frameworks during its US commercial launch. Responsibilities: serve as primary HR partner to leaders, coach managers, manage employee relations, oversee onboarding, engagement, and communications; assess and evolve HR operating models; leverage AI and automation to enhance HR processes; collaborate with senior leadership on talent and organization strategies. Requirements: 7-10 years of HR experience supporting organizational growth, expertise in employee relations, performance management, and Total Rewards; strong communication and judgment skills; ability to work independently with senior leaders. Preferred: experience in scaling organizations, transformation, or commercialization, and applying HR technology solutions; bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, advanced HR certifications a plus.
