Main Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, marketing, execution, and performance for the U.S. COVID Vaccine portfolio (including any combination vaccines with Nuvaxovid), including 1-year tactical and future-year strategic plans.
- Own U.S. COVID Vaccine performance (P&L: unit demand, revenue, operating expenses, business operating income) and lead competitive analysis/positioning.
- Lead cross-functional U.S. franchise team (medical, market access, sales, marketing, public affairs, finance, communications, supply chain, etc.) and collaborate with global teams (e.g., Global Franchise Marketing, Industrial Affairs).
- Direct COVID education and healthcare provider/patient brand messaging.
- Lead marketing for COVID assets: develop HCP/consumer campaigns with agency partners; implement agile/digital approaches to enhance speed to market and customer engagement; build relationships with thought leaders and patient advocacy groups.
- Provide direct and matrix people leadership: set direction, goals, recruitment/development/retention, and build a diverse, inclusive team.
- Interface with global/pipeline efforts: identify product opportunities, support global supply planning, and lead go-to-market assessment for pipeline assets.

About You (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years pharmaceutical/vaccines marketing & sales experience required.
- 8+ years product management/marketing required.
- 5+ years progressive leadership/people management strongly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of U.S. healthcare market (preferably vaccines).
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills; ability to influence in a matrixed global organization.
- Commercial P&L management experience strongly preferred; exceptional leadership to develop next-generation leaders preferred.
- Up to 25% domestic/international travel may be required.
