Head Field Medical Dermatology (People Leader)
Location: Horsham, PA or Remote (US). Up to 60% domestic travel.

Core Responsibilities:
- Establish vision and strategy for the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team; ensure compliant execution and attainment of medical objectives aligned to business strategy.
- Provide direction, training, coaching, and development for Field Directors/MSLs.
- Deliver high-quality scientific exchange on Dermatology disease states/products to external stakeholders; generate actionable insights into clinical practice, treatment landscape, and emerging data.
- Translate medical priorities into field goals/objectives/initiatives with performance metrics.
- Lead KOL/HCP engagement strategy with Field Directors; support national engagement, scientific meeting planning/execution, and society engagement.
- Cross-functional leadership across Medical Affairs, Commercial, Clinical Development, Business Development; represent Dermatology/Immunology on cross-TA initiatives.
- Manage and develop team (hiring, training, mentoring, coaching, performance management, career development).
- Oversee individual/team metrics; coach/intervene as needed; shape metrics and focus areas.
- Use data analytics/technology to identify thought leaders and improve field effectiveness.
- Establish processes to capture/analyze/communicate field insights.
- Determine headcount capacity; accountable for operating budget alignment with US medical affairs resources.
- Support Phase 3b/4 and Post Marketing Commitment (PMC) studies via the MSL team.

Requirements:
- Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or APP such as DNP).
- 3+ years Medical Affairs Leadership experience, including MSL leadership.
- 8+ years Medical Affairs and/or Clinical R&D in pharma.
- Strong matrix working ability; leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Dermatology and/or Immunology experience strongly preferred.
