About the Job
- Develop pharmaceutical product labeling artwork in accordance with government agency regulations for the U.S., Canada, and globally.
- Ensure accuracy using regulatory text, technical layouts (specifications), and product-specific graphics.
- Create artwork and track projects to completion while meeting strict deadlines.
- Produce high-quality, accurate deliverables.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative solutions for continuous process improvement.
- Support Artwork Transformation.
- Perform high-level file management and use computer systems effectively.
- Read and interpret packaging component specification drawings.
- Use/understand GMP regulations.
- Maintain an electronic library of artwork files for product components and product prescribing information.
- Provide technical support of MAC systems and graphic arts design/functionality.
- Prepare artwork for multiple sites (domestic/international) aligned with site/vendor print production needs.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in graphic design.
- 1+ years of graphic design experience (any industry).
Technical Skills
- Basic graphic design software proficiency.
- File management and computer systems.
- Electronic art preparation fundamentals.
- Ability to learn and interpret packaging specification drawings.
- Basic troubleshooting of artwork development issues.
- Electronic artwork library maintenance.
- Basic MAC systems operation.
- Willingness to learn GMP regulations.
- Artwork preparation following provided specifications.
