Main Responsibilities
Global AdPromo Regulatory Review (~30%)
- Work with global business units to develop, review, and obtain prior approval for promotional/non-promotional materials; review internal/external documents tied to products/diseases.
- Advise on global (and/or affiliate) promotional activity reviews.
- Review regulatory aspects for global internet websites and social media (per Sanofi global internet rules).
- Define worldwide minimal quality standards/processes; support setup of guidelines/quality documents for regulatory promotional requirements.
- Advise on evolving regulatory requirements, trends, enforcement actions, and complaints.
Excellence Support Activities (~70%)
- Represent GRA AdPromo in transformation programs and cross-functional initiatives.
- Support evaluation/testing of digital tools and GenAI use cases (under Excellence Head guidance).
- Support system/process reviews with data/observations.
- Coordinate with transversal partners/regions; prepare materials/communications for stakeholder updates.
- Support gap analyses, KPI/dashboard maintenance, and SOP/best-practice documentation.
- Support preparation of transversal/regulatory process documentation and global training; conduct upskilling on digital initiatives.
- Provide administrative/coordination support for governance and assist with town halls/workshops.
Qualifications
- Education: BA/BS in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, or related; other degrees with relevant experience.
- Experience: 2+ years in biopharmaceutical regulatory affairs advertising/promotion review.
Required Skills
- Understanding of global codes/standards; EFPIA/IFPMA review capability.
- Interpret complex clinical data (e.g., CSRs, medical publications).
- Scientific/clinical knowledge of disease states, mechanisms, trial design, and statistics.
- Use data and local SmPC for compliant messaging.
- Understand review standards for branded, disease awareness, and medical congress content.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with transversal/digital initiatives (GenAI, Modular Content, Core Claims, MLR).
- Familiarity with Veeva and digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, SharePoint).
- Detail-oriented, organized, strong communication, collaborative, adaptable.
Language: English (fluent).
