Global V&A Director, Neuroscience

Role: The Director, Global Value & Access, Neuroscience, leads global market access and pricing strategies to demonstrate product value to payers, HTA agencies, and health authorities within the neuroscience therapeutic area. Responsibilities: design and execute access, reimbursement, and pricing plans; monitor market trends; identify payer needs; develop and implement tools like value dossiers and calculators; act as the Value & Access lead on cross-functional teams; collaborate with HEOR to address evidence gaps; support local affiliate teams; manage project delivery and external consultants; and communicate with leadership. Requirements: BA/BS in a scientific or business field; MBA or advanced degree preferred; minimum 10 years’ experience in pharmaceutical market access and pricing; experience with HTA submissions and global health care landscapes; international pharmaceutical industry experience; ability to manage multiple projects and travel as needed. Preferred: knowledge of economic evaluations, international healthcare systems, drug development, and strategic pricing.
