Responsibilities: develop and recommend incentive structures aligned with enterprise strategies, simulate scenarios, analyze payout trends, and support governance and compliance. Collaborate with sales, HR, finance, and IT teams to translate business transformations, M&A, and regional needs into effective incentive designs; support system enhancements and reporting. Qualifications: Bachelor's in HR, Finance, Business, or related fields; 8+ years in incentive compensation, sales analytics, or related functions. Experience with global, complex, and matrixed commercial models, including transformations and M&A is essential. Technical expertise in incentive design principles, data modeling, Excel, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), and compensation systems like Workday or Varicent is required. Preferred: experience with industry benchmarking, automation, AI analytics, and supporting regulatory or audit processes in a biopharma or life sciences context. High-Value: Focus on sales compensation in complex, multi-region biopharma environments with occasional travel; remote work flexibility available. The position emphasizes strategic design, data-driven analysis, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
