Global Senior Sales Incentive Compensation Design Analyst

Role: Global Senior Sales Incentive Compensation Design Analyst, responsible for designing, modeling, and governing sales incentive plans across multiple regions to align with corporate strategy and transformation initiatives. Responsibilities: develop advanced scenario models, evaluate plan effectiveness, support governance and policy compliance, and partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, HR, Finance, and IT to translate business needs into scalable incentive solutions. Conduct market benchmarking, oversee post-implementation reviews, and support M&A and transformation efforts through incentive impact assessments. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in HR, Finance, Business, or related fields; 8+ years in incentive or sales compensation analytics within complex, global, matrixed environments; expertise in incentive design principles, data modeling, and analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. High-Value: experience in life sciences or high-tech industries, with focus on complex, multi-regional incentive plans, and compliance with global HR and compensation policies.
