Responsibilities:
- Drive Global P&L accountability and lead strategic and financial planning; develop sales and expense forecasts to maximize portfolio value.
- Define and drive brand strategies for the LSDs + Cablivi portfolio; position Sanofi as a leader in LSDs and TTP/rare disease across key global markets.
- Lead the global launch of venglustat (GD3 and Fabry) with global and in-country teams; defend and grow Gaucher and Fabry businesses; execute co-positioning narrative.
- Transform and modernize the LSD business: ensure global OPEX aligns with brand spending guidelines; optimize go-to-market models; ensure content generation is 100% AI-generated.
- Lead supply and demand discussions with M&S to ensure continuity of care and avoid stockout risk; manage supply constraints to prevent out-of-stock situations and patient impact.
- Drive portfolio-level cross-LSD market shaping (Find, Treat, Maintain LSDs).
- Grow Cablivi in aTTP with patient-find initiatives in key countries.
- Prepare IR for earnings calls with business updates and the LSD portfolio narrative (opportunities/challenges).
- Build and develop a best-in-class team; foster strong cross-functional collaboration.
- Serve on the Global Rare Diseases Leadership Team; demonstrate enterprise leadership (best practices, mentoring, franchise initiatives/events).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MS/PhD in life sciences preferred.
- 15+ years pharmaceutical industry experience across multiple functions (e.g., sales, marketing, MA, BD, NPP) including US/key markets.
- Required: leadership and brand/portfolio strategy experience in US/key markets.
- Preferred: experience managing global brands.
- Required: successful launch and pre-launch track record in US/key markets.
- Strong P&L credibility; cross-functional enterprise leadership and decision-driving.
- Required stakeholder engagement: advocate for vision; negotiate and drive value from partnerships (alliances, analysts/investment community, patient orgs, scientific institutions).
- Ability to work in a matrix with partners (marketing, market research, market access, medical, BD, regulatory, R&D, manufacturing, finance, legal).
- Fast-paced adaptability; excellent communication skills.

- Up to 25% travel; valid passport and ability to travel internationally.
