Global Medical Lead, PDT Hematology (f/m/x) – Cambridge, MA (hybrid). Location: internal Zurich candidates may be considered.

POSITION OBJECTIVES
- Lead Global Medical activities for Prothromplex per PDT Benign Hematology strategy.
- Define and lead global medical launch strategy for Prothromplex and related scientific programs.
- Provide medical/technical support across GPT, R&D, Clinical Science, Quality, Safety, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Legal.
- Provide medical review for promotional and non-promotional materials.
- Represent the company with external scientific leaders, patient advocacy groups, and/or regulatory authorities.
- Support strategic partnerships with centers of excellence and KOLs.

POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Lead development/implementation of short- and long-term GM plans (scientific communication, evidence generation, capability building, KOL engagement).
- Develop in-year medical tactics and budget; oversee publications/medical communications/medical information/training.
- Manage Advisory Boards; track KOL engagement.
- Serve as medical/clinical representative at global regulatory meetings; support regulatory submissions (e.g., Package Insert, Patient Information).
- Support requirements/specs for new products; review product complaints and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead capability building with training/continuing education; lead evidence generation (e.g., Phase IV) and adverse event support.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced scientific degree (MD preferred; PhD or PharmD acceptable).
- 7+ years pharmaceutical experience in Medical Affairs or Clinical Development/R&D.
- Experience/training in benign hematology and bleeding disorders.
- Medical Affairs experience supporting brands/disease area (international level).
- Experience creating post-approval studies, medical strategies, and launch plans.
- Strong R&D process knowledge and in-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations in key markets.

ADDITIONAL INFO: ~30% travel.

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS (U.S. base range): $192,400–$302,390; eligible for incentives and listed insurance/401(k), disability/life, tuition reimbursement, volunteer time off, holidays, well-being, sick time (up to 80 hours/year), and paid vacation (up to 120 hours for new hires).
