Role Summary
The Global Medical Lead, Dermatology, drives medical strategy and execution of dermatology late-phase clinical studies in global medical affairs, aligning with GPT, brand team, market access, and regulatory strategies. Leads cross-functional teams, engages KOLs, and uses digital innovation to advance dermatology research and patient care.

Primary Duties
- Lead strategy and execution for company-sponsored Dermatology Ph3b/4 studies, considering medical, scientific, access, regulatory, and commercial strategy.
- Lead multi-disciplinary, multi-regional matrix teams and CRO through complex decisions; set strategic direction with MST/GPT and senior leadership.
- Collaborate on multi-year Ph3b/4 vision and medical strategy/LCM plans for assigned assets/indications using digital/technology-forward initiatives.
- Serve as medical expert/custodian of scientific knowledge; establish partnerships with sites/investigators/KOLs.
- Leverage AI/ML to support accurate HCP/dermatologist diagnosis and treatment planning.

Responsibilities (selected)
- Support clinical study design/execution and interpretation (synopses/protocols); ensure scientific integrity; oversee safety assessment with PV.
- Drive publications and data dissemination; implement digital communication strategies (e.g., newsletters, remote monitoring).
- Develop GMA strategy; develop digital therapeutic solutions for chronic skin conditions; lead KOL engagement and medical advisory boards.
- Maintain expertise in dermatology/psoriasis; continuously update GCP/ICH/regulatory knowledge; lead therapeutic training.

Qualifications
- MD/DO/MBBS required (PhD/MPH preferred).
- 5–8 years in biopharmaceutical medicine; late development clinical study leadership; medical monitoring and CRO management required.
- Preferred: immunology/dermatology/psoriasis experience.
- Digital health/AI certification or experience; GCP/ICH/regulatory knowledge.

- U.S. base salary range: $237,200–$372,790. Eligible for incentives and benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, holidays, well-being; up to 80 hours sick time; up to 120 hours paid vacation for new hires).
