Role Summary
Global Medical Lead, Dermatology—drive medical strategy and execution of dermatology late-phase (Ph3b/4) clinical studies in global medical affairs; lead cross-functional teams, engage KOLs, and leverage digital innovation.
Primary Duties
- Lead strategy/execution for company-sponsored Dermatology studies (Ph3b/4) across medical, scientific, access, regulatory, and commercial considerations.
- Lead multi-disciplinary, multi-regional matrix teams and CRO through complex decisions; set strategic direction with MST/GPT/senior leadership/GPD.
- Build multi-year plans and medical strategy/LCM/Ph3b plans for assigned assets/indications with MST/Evidence team.
- Act as scientific expert/knowledge steward; establish partnerships with sites, investigators, centers of excellence, and KOLs.
- Use AI/machine learning to support accurate HCP/dermatologist diagnoses and treatment planning.
Responsibilities
- Protocol/synopsis development, study execution, interpretation; ensure scientific integrity.
- Global medical affairs activities, medical monitoring and safety oversight with Pharmacovigilance.
- Drive publication/data dissemination plans.
- Implement digital communication tools and develop digital therapeutic solutions for chronic skin conditions.
- KOL engagement strategy, advisory boards, training, and ongoing knowledge of GCP/ICH.
- Travel ~30%.
Qualifications (Required/Preferred)
- MD/DO/MBBS required (PhD/MPH preferred).
- 5–8 years in biopharmaceutical medicine/late-stage clinical leadership; late clinical development + medical monitoring + CRO management required.
- Immunology/dermatology/psoriasis experience preferred; digital health/AI certification or experience preferred.
- Knowledge of GCP/ICH/global regulations.

- U.S. base salary range: $237,200–$372,790.
