Global Medical Affairs Leader Psoriatic Disease

Purpose
The Global Medical Affairs Leader (GMAL) for Psoriatic Disease (Director) leads global medical affairs strategy, clinical-commercial optimization, and lifecycle planning for icotrokinra and pipeline assets. Develop integrated medical strategies and cross-regional plans with Regional Medical Affairs, GMA Strategy and Execution, and Clinical Development. Represents medical function on cross-functional teams including Safety Management Teams, Compound Development Teams, and the 3M team (Medical/Marketing/Market Access).

You Will Be Responsible For
- Develop and lead global medical affairs strategies and plans aligned with prioritized regional needs
- Collaborate with Regional Medical Affairs for alignment on plans and decisions
- Lead global publications strategy (manuscripts, abstracts, posters)
- Oversee global KOL communications and speaker development
- Review scientific materials for strategy/communication quality
- Lead global opinion leader engagement and advisory boards
- Represent medical affairs on SMT, CDT and GCT
- Oversee global medical activities (launches, congresses, symposia)
- Ensure compliance with Johnson & Johnson compliance standards
- Review Medical Information Core Responses

Qualifications / Requirements
- Advanced scientific or medical degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) required
- 8+ years relevant experience in medical/clinical environment and/or pharmaceutical scientific function required

Preferred
- Global medical affairs experience
- Dermatology therapeutic expertise
- Established opinion leader network; launch experience
- Ability to lead matrixed, cross-functional teams; clinical methodology/data interpretation and benefit-risk management
- Ethical decision-making and innovation in complex environments
- Up to 25% travel; Horsham, PA hybrid (3 days office/2 days remote)
