Global Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) Associate Director (HYBRID)

Role: Associate Director in Global Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) focusing on Vertex's phase III renal asset, povetacicept. Responsibilities: lead complex HEOR evidence generation (cost-effectiveness, budget impact models, observational studies, meta-analyses, PROM development), synthesize insights from payers and KOLs, contribute to research design, collaborate on publication and market access strategies. Requirements: Advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, etc.) with 8+ years' HEOR experience, proven publication record, expertise in evidence generation, strong communication skills, understanding of US and global healthcare systems and regulatory environment. High-Value: renal indication, dual BAFF and APRIL pathway inhibition, phase III development, HEOR strategy, and evidence dissemination. Work Setup: hybrid or on-site Boston; flexible work arrangements.
