Position Summary
- Design and lead a global employee experience (People Experience) strategy by driving enterprise-wide change initiatives to improve business performance, organizational agility, and employee engagement.
- Shape the employee lifecycle experience (onboarding, growth, leadership transitions, org change, wellbeing, recognition, culture moments).
- Oversee change management for major enterprise initiatives to ensure adoption, readiness, engagement, and measurable global impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the global People Experience vision aligned to business strategy and culture.
- Redesign key lifecycle experiences (Attraction & onboarding incl. IT; Growth & development; Performance & feedback; Career mobility; Rewards & recognition; Leadership transitions; Wellbeing & inclusion; Offboarding/alumni) using journey mapping, listening, and behavioral insights.
- Lead change strategy/execution for transformations: organizational redesign, digital/HR tech, M&A/integrations/carve-outs, new operating models, workforce strategy shifts, culture transformation.
- Build readiness/adoption and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Own employee listening (engagement/pulse surveys, focus groups, sentiment analysis) and translate insights into actions; measure outcomes by BU/region/level/segment.
- Partner with Internal Communications for consistent, transparent global narratives and leader toolkits.
- Establish KPIs and dashboards (adoption, engagement, readiness, productivity impact, retention, program ROI) and report progress.
- Build/lead a global Center of Excellence and develop capabilities (change, experience design, communications, analytics, execution).

Required Experience
- 15+ years progressive HR/transformation/employee experience/organizational effectiveness/consulting leadership.
- Proven success leading enterprise-wide global change in complex matrix organizations.
- Deep expertise in employee experience design and change management; multinational experience.
- Strong analytics with ability to act on data.
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management.

Preferred Experience
- Fortune 500/public company experience.
- Consulting (McKinsey/BCG/Deloitte/Accenture) or enterprise transformation office.
- Experience in healthcare/medtech/manufacturing/complex regulated industries.
- M&A integration, spin-off, or carve-out.
- Familiarity with HR tech platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, ServiceNow, etc.).

Benefits (time off)
- Vacation: 120 hours/year; Sick time: 40 hours/year (Colorado: 48; Washington: 56); Holiday pay (incl. floating): 13 days/year; Work/Personal/Family time: up to 40 hours/year; Parental leave: 480 hours within one year of birth/adoption/foster; Bereavement: 240 hours immediate (40 extended) per year; Caregiver leave: 80 hours in 52-week rolling period; Volunteer leave: 32 hours/year; Military spouse time-off: 80 hours/year.
