Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Define expense auditing strategy and escalation plans for high-risk findings using Concur Detect by Oversight
- Analyze expense patterns; build action plans and internal process improvements to reduce risk and improve spend compliance, controls, and visibility into behaviors
- Perform expense report auditing using Detect to identify trends and outliers and drive compliance with policies
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, Compliance, and Internal Audit on potentially sensitive/confidential findings with discretion
- Refine Concur Detect configuration and settings
- Perform behavior analysis of expense trends/outliers; present findings and recommended solutions to senior management
- Handle day-to-day Concur Expense user inquiries; provide high-level customer service to end users
- Monitor and maintain a shared mailbox to resolve end user inquiries
- Troubleshoot expense report issues/errors and proactively guide employees for resolution
- Support Concur technology Lead with Concur process improvements, audit rule updates, configurations, reporting, and implementation projects
- Lead SOPs, training, and employee communications; create job aids for user education
- Partner with Corporate Services team to deliver high-quality customer service
- Provide additional support to Global Expense & Card Team as needed; identify process improvement opportunities
Required Education
- Bachelorβs Degree
Required Experience
- 5 years of experience in corporate settings
- Proficient knowledge of Concur Expense tool
- Experience with Concur Detect by Oversight tool
- Pharmaceutical experience (strong plus, not mandatory)
- Experience managing PowerBI dashboards

- Proficient Concur Expense operations; strong judgment interpreting policy rules and handling sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail; critical thinking to audit expenses against policy
- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Advanced analytics/reporting; ability to build/pull reports
- Ability to analyze trends/patterns and translate results into actionable solutions

- Success in fast-paced, time-sensitive, cross-functional environments
- Strong collaboration skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (preferably Excel & PowerPoint)
Compensation
- Pay range: $112,000 - $168,000
- Eligible for annual bonus and annual equity awards
