Role: Senior strategic talent advisor within AstraZeneca's global Talent Acquisition team, focusing on senior and executive talent pools to support enabling functions. Responsibilities: develop and execute talent search strategies, build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, and long-term relationship management; partner with business and HR leaders to align on succession planning, talent assessment, and workforce planning; leverage digital sourcing tools, AI, and external vendors for high-quality talent delivery; provide market insights to influence talent decisions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 5-8+ years in executive search, senior talent acquisition, or related HR roles within complex, matrixed environments; proven success in building diverse talent pipelines; experience with ATS/CRM platforms (e.g., Eightfold, Workday); strong influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: experience in pharma, biotech, or healthcare industries, understanding of talent markets relevant to AstraZeneca, and multilingual capabilities.
