Global Executive Talent Acquisition Partner

Role: Senior Manager, Global Executive Talent Acquisition, leading executive recruitment globally, including C-suite and senior director roles. Responsibilities: manage end-to-end executive hiring processes, develop targeted sourcing strategies, partner with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, guide hiring decisions, and embed diversity and inclusion practices. Drive talent mapping and improve recruitment processes and tools. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 7+ years relevant talent acquisition experience, with 5+ years in leadership; proven expertise in executive search, proactive talent mapping, and stakeholder influence.
