Main Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Solid Organ Transplant (SOT) therapeutic area strategy and P&L, preparing for potential launches of new assets and driving significant portfolio growth while maintaining profitable execution for in-line Thymoglobulin.
- Build executive-level SOT growth strategy across portfolio strategy, brand planning, customer engagement, evidence generation, device/presentation, and lifecycle management.
- Provide market intelligence and foresight to anticipate healthcare/competitive shifts and evolving patient/customer needs.
- Define access and pricing strategies in collaboration with Market Access and cross-functional teams.
- Lead financial planning (top-line sales and OPEX) within the strategic plan exercise with local markets and Finance.
- Facilitate strategic workforce planning in collaboration with P&C and cross-functional teams.
- Lead integrated global brand strategy and launch planning for SOT pipeline assets; mobilize glocal teams and apply SILC standards.
- Translate evidence into communication platforms to support market shaping and brand differentiation.
- Drive glocal execution and market performance; ensure strategy translation into measurable outcomes.
- Coordinate supply chain situations to safeguard continuity of patient access.
- Align digital and omnichannel activation globally and locally; champion innovative approaches including AI-powered tools.

About You / Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor’s degree.
- Strongly preferred: MBA or advanced degree in marketing/strategy or relevant discipline.
- Required: 7+ years pharmaceutical commercial franchise experience (global/local), preferably in complex scientific/competitive therapeutic areas; prior global and/or US experience preferred.
- Strongly preferred: 5+ years progressive people management leadership.
- Travel: up to 30% domestic and international.

Skills / Experience
- Strategic marketing & commercial leadership; brand/portfolio expansion and launch impact.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen (P&L, forecasting, budgeting, data-informed decisions).
- Cross-functional, cross-cultural leadership in matrixed global organizations.
- Track record in digital transformation; familiarity with GenAI/tools strongly preferred.
- English required; French is an asset.
- Innovative, data-driven, creative/disruptive thinking; results-oriented; relationship-building and influence; agility in fast-paced environments.
