Main Responsibilities (Core Strategic & Operational)
- Lead end-to-end Solid Organ Transplant (SOT) growth strategy across portfolio strategy, brand planning, customer engagement, evidence generation, device/presentation, and lifecycle management to maximize profitable franchise.
- Build executive-level strategy and translate enterprise thinking into external impact.
- Use market intelligence and foresight to anticipate shifts in healthcare landscape, digital innovation, competition, and patient/customer needs.
- Define access and pricing strategies with Market Access and cross-functional teams to maximize value of new assets.
- Lead financial strategy and planning (top-line sales and OPEX) within the Strategic Plan exercise with local markets, Finance, and cross-functional partners.
- Facilitate strategic workforce planning with global P&C and cross-functional teams aligned to franchise strategy.
- Lead integrated global brand strategy and launch plan for SOT pipeline assets (strategy to activation plan), mobilizing cross-functional β€œglocal” teams and ensuring alignment with the transplant franchise vision.
- Translate evidence into communication platforms for market shaping/brand differentiation; deliver executive presentations.
- Drive performance in priority strategic markets, translating global strategy into measurable outcomes; monitor market progress.
- Coordinate supply situations with Supply Chain and markets to safeguard patient access.
- Ensure digital & omnichannel activation aligns to strategy; champion innovative approaches including AI-powered tools.

Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor’s degree.
- Strongly preferred: MBA or advanced degree (marketing/strategy/relevant discipline).
- Required: 7+ years global/local pharmaceutical commercial franchise experience; preferably in complex scientific/competitive therapeutic areas. Prior Global and/or US experience preferred.
- Strongly preferred: 5+ years progressive leadership/people management experience.

Skills/Experience
- Demonstrated brand/portfolio/launch strategy leadership with enterprise-wide top- and bottom-line impact.
- Strong P&L/financial and analytical acumen; ability to assess forecasts and manage budgets.
- Cross-functional, cross-cultural leadership in matrixed global organizations (Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory).
- Track record in digital transformation; familiarity with GenAI tools and emerging capabilities strongly preferred.
- Strong English; French knowledge is an asset.
- Travel up to 30% (domestic and international) required.
