Job Summary
- Spearhead global medical strategy for atopic dermatitis (AD) in adults and pediatric populations, serving as scientific expert for the cross-functional Dupixent franchise and working with Regeneron to establish Dupixent as a dermatology leader.

Main Responsibilities
Medical Strategy & Execution (35%)
- Provide scientific expertise to support global brand plan and develop aligned medical affairs plan.
- Co-develop brand strategic imperatives for Dupixent in AD.
- Develop and implement an advocacy plan with field experts, academics, payers, providers, professionals, and/or patient associations.
- Ensure a patient-centric approach to medical strategy across product, device, and potential services.
- Guide medical strategy, evidence generation, and external engagement.

External Engagement & Launch Excellence (25%)
- Lead global and guide country strategy; focus on IL4/IL13, type 2 inflammation narrative, disease modification, and pediatric population.
- Build advocacy programs via advisory boards and roundtables at major congresses.
- Ensure scientific/ethical integrity of sponsored and supported research and relationships.
- Implement digital strategies (virtual advisory boards, webinars, interactive online platforms).

Evidence Generation & Publication (15%)
- Develop post-marketing evidence portfolio (observational studies, registries, RWE).
- Design Integrated Evidence Generation Plan (IEGP) aligned to brand objectives and TPP.
- Lead post-approval studies with quality oversight.
- Co-develop publication plans for peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
- Collaborate with academic/research organizations.

Cross-functional Collaboration (15%)
- Partner with clinical development, commercial, regulatory, and field medical teams; provide medical guidance.
- Manage Regeneron alliance for AD development and commercialization.
- Support product teams and unified global launch strategy for lifecycle management.

Team Leadership (10%)
- Oversee AD medical budget; set goals and monitor performance.
- Lead and mentor medical directors; drive development and continuous learning.
- Foster inclusive, innovative culture.

Qualifications & Requirements
- MD, PhD, PharmD, or other advanced degree in life/pharmaceutical sciences.
- 8+ years of relevant medical affairs experience, preferably dermatology.

Preferred Skills/Experience
- Track record in scientific research, publication planning, and medical communications (dermatology preferred).
- Experience in immunodermatology or inflammatory skin diseases (highly desirable).
- Strong knowledge of clinical development and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to understand/communicate interventional and observational studies.
- Analytical skills for emerging social/policy/access trends.
- Experience developing medical strategies and scientific content aligned to brand objectives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement; communication and influencing skills in cross-functional/multicultural teams.
- Proven leadership/people management and project/operational excellence.
