Responsibilities:
- Own menopause portfolio strategy (franchise/brand) grounded in customer insight, performance targets, and market realities.
- Serve as brand steward: connect/catalyze across functions, align decisions, remove roadblocks.
- Enable a first-in-industry partnership model by aligning internal/external stakeholders.
- Lead externalized content development end-to-end (including MLR) for HCP/patient materialsโ€”strategic, compliant, and on-time.
- Manage day-to-day engagement with 3rd-party partner (Indegene) across menopause brands.
- Drive portfolio prioritization and trade-offs to focus investment where impact is greatest.
- Set/deliver portfolio commercial strategy; align brand plans to PAVE priorities and enterprise goals; translate strategy into measurable execution.
- Build/align stakeholder network (medical, access, legal/regulatory, partners) to achieve brand goals.
- Share learnings and standardize best practices across the PAVE community.

Requirements (Minimum):
- BA/BS (8+ yrs) or MBA/MS (7+ yrs) or PhD/JD (5+ yrs) or MD/DVM (4+ yrs).
- Brand management; pharmaceutical commercial strategy development.
- Strong analytics; leading cross-functional teams; project management.
- Market analysis/forecasting; regulatory familiarity.
- Stakeholder engagement/relationship management; GCMA proficiency.
- Openness to using AI tools.

Preferred:
- Strong leadership, communication, patient-centric mindset, adaptability, collaboration/influence, emotional intelligence, resilience.

Other:
- Travel ~10%.
