What You Will Achieve
- Responsible for launching new products, deciding best strategies to manage business relationships, understanding formulary access, and engaging in product promotion within assigned accounts.
- Drive sales efforts and relationship development with assigned customers/accounts, including Therapeutic Area Specialists and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

How You Will Achieve It
- Implement efficient virtual/in-person engagement strategies; develop and execute business and territory call plans; adapt based on insights.
- Build rapport and relationships with customers in virtual and in-person settings; set clear call objectives/next steps; document appropriately; manage to KPIs; use digital tools (e.g., Veeva Engage, Zoom, Microsoft Office) and adapt to new tools; use analytics for insights and next-best actions.
- Provide compliant, targeted messaging using approved materials to drive product demand; proactively develop new approved messaging and resources.
- Educate providers using product and disease-state knowledge, including unbranded and branded value propositions.
- Plan and coordinate customer engagements in multiple formats (virtual and in-person).
- Strategically deploy approved resources (e.g., samples, vouchers, co-pay resources, patient education); plan call environments and day-to-day work; collaborate with other customer-facing colleagues and Pfizer Connect.
- Support patient access by providing HCP information on reimbursement, Patient Assistant Program (PAP), Pfizer hub programs, and co-pay resources.
- Present terms of sale/contract terms with approved language; answer on-label questions; introduce customers to Pfizer on-demand portal (Galaxy) with targeted content.
- Collaborate compliantly with cross-functional colleagues (e.g., Field Medical, Reimbursement, Key Account Management) using triaging protocols and digital apps to connect with SMEs.
- Use calendaring tools and leadership goals/personal insights to address customer priorities; share insights from customer surveys to leadership.

Must Haves
- Bachelor’s degree OR associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience OR high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical biotech or medical marketing/promotional/sales experience, including a promoted position and/or developmental role with demonstrated leadership in a specialized market using third-party reimbursement/service centers.
- Demonstrated marketing/promotional/sales success; strong territory management; outstanding communications; teamwork, leadership, and accountability.
- Must live within 50 miles of the territory.
- Valid US driver’s license and compliant driving record; DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within past 7 years disqualifies.

Nice-to-Haves
- 3–5 years specialty marketing/promotional/sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of disease states, therapeutic areas, and products.
- Deep knowledge of applicable customers/markets (prescribers/HCPs/institutions/organizations).
- Strategic account marketing/promotional/sales/management skills; superior technical and relationship-building skills.
- Track record of assessing account needs and bringing resources to drive performance; strong business acumen, problem solving, strategic thinking, data analytics, project management, planning/prioritization.
- Ability to influence/engage customers throughout the marketing/promotional/sales process.
- Ability to quickly learn new ways of working; work in a matrix environment and leverage multiple resources.
- Leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Experience with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in large group practices, hospitals, or managed care organizations (preferred).
- Strong organizational/analytical skills; ability to analyze sales data/call reporting tools and adapt to new technology.

Non-standard Work/Travel
- Travel to all accounts/office locations within territory; overnight stays as needed.
