Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee commercial sales forecasting for RINVOQ new indications (Vitiligo, Alopecia Areata, HS, SLE) within the Immunology Franchise across planning cycles (Plan, LBE, LRP, Portfolio, Actuals).
- Incorporate market dynamics and competitive landscape analysis; collaborate with Associate Director and Forecasting Director.
- Integrate PCS forecasts into the Commercial Financial model; ensure seamless handoff and data integrity.
- Direct month-end close; prepare management reporting packages.
- Partner with Commercial, Pricing, Marketing Analytics, Finance, and Business Insights to resolve business issues using advanced analytics.
- Improve forecasting accuracy and process efficiency (systems, methodologies, best practices).
- Manage and develop forecasting staff (coaching, training, support).
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
- Prepare and communicate monthly sales results and volume forecasts to Commercial VPs and Finance leadership.
- Lead/support planning system standardization and management reporting optimization.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills:
- Bachelorβs in Finance or Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred.
- 7+ years in Commercial Finance/FP&A/revenue forecasting/cost accounting/financial reporting or auditing (pharma/consumer industry preferred).
- Supervisory experience strongly desired.
- Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and technical skills; strong communication.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP, BPC, and/or PowerBI a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
