Responsibilities:
- Execute national and local training for commercial sales and market access field teams.
- Deliver training covering product knowledge, disease state, marketing resources, and marketplace.
- Conduct new hire onboarding and coaching for Day 1 field readiness and beyond.
- Pull through local training curriculum via field rides and local training meetings.
- Perform training needs assessments through field ride observations and review of field coaching reports.
- Collaborate on sales training programs, workshops, and modules to increase competence and confidence.
- Create and deliver relevant training based on competitive products, industry trends, and the Invivyd portfolio.
- Measure training effectiveness through field collaboration, meetings, and field visits.
- Provide feedback from field visits to sales leadership to develop field personnel knowledge and skills.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or science (required).
- 7+ years of professional sales experience, or a training/coaching role with experience developing and delivering technical training.
- Strong experience delivering live, virtual, and blended learning.
- Experience developing sales tools, education, and training programs.
- Understanding of sales operations practices and systems (sales cycle, CRM applications, territory management).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and professional speaking skills.
- Knowledge/experience applying selling skills across care settings (e.g., primary care, hospitals, IDNs).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and assignments.
- Travel 3 days/week for field visits.
- Ability to travel to corporate office as needed for meetings/training.

Compensation:
- Pay range: $120,000 - $160,000 base salary. Eligible for annual short-term incentive and annual long-term incentive (e.g., equity).
