Responsibilities:
- Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of field intelligence capabilities for data-driven sales decisions.
- Serve as Product Owner across CRM, analytics, and AI-enabled intelligence platforms; partner with business, data, design, and engineering.
- Contribute to software solution development, UI/UX strategy, and AI-driven product innovation.
- Transform field activity/performance/customer engagement data into trusted intelligence using advanced analytics and AI.
- Own outcome-based backlogs (features, user stories) and translate business priorities into technical/UX/AI requirements.
- Drive dashboards, alerts, predictive signals, and decision-support tools; advance UI/UX via design thinking and workflow optimization.
- Define data models, KPIs, integrations, and technical requirements; support scalable AI-enabled capabilities.
- Ensure measurable value via adoption, usability, compliance, performance, and AI transparency/trust.
- Lead PI planning, backlog refinement, sprint execution, testing, release planning, and hands-on support across SDLC.

Basic Qualifications:
- Doctorate + 2 years, OR Master’s + 4 years, OR Bachelor’s + 6 years, OR Associate’s + 10 years, OR High school/GED + 12 years.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills:
- Product Owner/Manager experience leading analytics-enabled/digital/AI products.
- Field sales process, CRM, and field performance measurement knowledge.
- Agile (SAFe) experience; technical fluency in software, data engineering, analytics, data science.
- Salesforce, enterprise analytics tools, AWS/cloud experience.
- Hands-on experience with software development, integrations, configuration, enterprise enhancements.
- UI/UX, design thinking, user-centered design; AI-enabled capabilities (predictive, automation, generative AI).
- Executive communication, collaboration, stakeholder management.
