Field Reimbursement Manager-West

Role: Field Reimbursement Manager (CA, OR, WA, ID) supporting Harrow's buy-and-bill drug portfolio in Retina and Surgical therapies. Objectives: Enhance patient access via reimbursement expertise and practice support. Responsibilities: serve as primary reimbursement contact, educate practice staff on payer coverage, billing, coding, prior authorization, and claims; manage account relationships, conduct business reviews, and develop action plans to address denial trends; perform claims analysis, identify systemic payer issues, and escalate complex barriers; collaborate with HUB and leadership, maintain detailed documentation, and ensure compliance. Requirements: 7+ years in healthcare reimbursement or related fields; minimum 2 years in field reimbursement; buy-and-bill experience essential; Bachelor's degree or equivalent; proficiency with HCPCS Level II codes, benefit verification, prior authorization, claims, and payer policies (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial). Preferred: eye care, private equity, certification, and experience with transitional reimbursement codes. High-value: therapeutic areas include retina and surgical, modality involves buy-and-bill biologics or devices, location is remote with up to 80% travel, focused on optimizing reimbursement and access for high-value therapies.
