Field Reimbursement Manager- West

Role: Field Reimbursement Manager focused on uro-oncology products, ensuring healthcare providers and facilities understand billing, coding, and reimbursement processes for UroGen therapies. Responsibilities: develop relationships with target accounts (urology clinics, hospitals, ASCs), address reimbursement questions, ensure compliance with billing regulations (Medicaid, Medicare, Commercial), and translate strategies into actionable plans. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 4+ years in pharma/biotech/medical device, 2+ years reimbursement experience, strong communication skills, resourceful, and results-oriented. Preferred: hospital or urology account experience, familiarity with healthcare delivery models and transitions of care, and prior experience in large accounts or urology.
