Field Reimbursement Manager - Tennessee

Role: Field Reimbursement Manager supporting access and reimbursement for DEXTENZA ophthalmic product across TN, AL, MS. Responsibilities include educating healthcare providers and staff on coding, reimbursement processes, prior authorizations, appeals, and patient support programs; addressing reimbursement issues; building relationships with provider practices; collaborating with sales and internal teams; and serving as HUB liaison. Requirements: BA/BS degree, 5-7+ years in reimbursement/access, with prior experience in specialty therapeutics and buy-and-bill environment; strong knowledge of medical benefit policies across payer types and care sites; excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to operate cross-functionally; compliance awareness. Preferred: pharma/biotech experience in market access or product marketing, and experience launching specialty therapeutics.
