Field Reimbursement Manager-South Central

Role: Field Reimbursement Manager to support physician practices using Harrow's buy-and-bill drug products in Retina and Surgical areas across OK, TX, and KS. Objectives: enhance patient access by providing in-market reimbursement expertise, education, and account management. Responsibilities: serve as primary contact for practice staff on coverage, billing, coding (HCPCS, CPT, ICD-10), prior authorizations, and claims; build and maintain relationships through regular business reviews; analyze denial patterns and payer policies; collaborate with HUB and leadership to resolve systemic issues; and ensure compliant, accurate documentation. Requirements: 7+ years in healthcare reimbursement, sales, or brand management; minimum 2 years field reimbursement experience; buy-and-bill familiarity; bachelor’s degree or equivalent; experience with benefit verification, prior authorization, claims, appeals; payer coverage expertise (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial); proficiency in claims analysis. Preferred: eye care, private equity, HCPCS Level II, transitional pass-through reimbursement, healthcare credentialing/certification, and experience with Medicare Advantage. Work setup: remote with up to 80% travel.
